Right now, people in crisis often spend hours or days calling numbers, visiting outdated websites, and feeling lost in a confusing system, especially when they're exhausted, scared, or without reliable internet. The Crystal Clear App was designed to change that.
It is an AI-guided resource navigation platform and a digital toolbox for life, built to help anyone find what they need, manage what matters, and move forward clearly, quickly, and without barriers.
At its core is Crystal, a compassionate AI companion being designed to guide users through finding help in plain language, offline once their resources are downloaded, and without ever making them feel judged or rushed.
The Crystal Clear App is being designed to be fully customizable, built to work the way you need it to. Whether you're an individual managing daily life, a nonprofit serving a community, or an organization coordinating disaster relief, the platform will adapt to your world.
Its first deployment is Our Clear Haven, a free resource navigator for people experiencing homelessness in Central Oregon.

The Crystal Clear App is being built right now, one hour at a time, in a motel room in Bend, Oregon. Your support makes it possible to build it full-time and get it into the hands of the people who need it most.
Where your money goes: Donations go through a GoFundMe organized by George Scharfetter, who is its beneficiary. They cover a stable place to live, reliable internet, and basic living expenses so he can build full-time, and getting the first version live in Central Oregon. Our Clear Haven does not yet have 501(c)(3) status or a fiscal sponsor, so donations are not tax-deductible.
